From 14th to 16th September 2018, a traditional Chinese medicine exhibition featuring Northeast Asia -2018 China (Jilin) Northeast Asia Chinese Medicine and Health Care Industry Expo (hereinafter referred to as "2018 Chinese Medicine Expo" is held at Changchun International Convention and Exhibition Center, which is hosted by Jilin Provincial Trade Promotion Association, Jilin Provincial Science and Technology Department, Jilin Provincial Traditional Chinese Medicine Administration, and Changchun Municipal People's Government.
A total of six exhibition areas including well-known Chinese medicine enterprises exhibition area, Ginseng & Hairy Antler and international exchange exhibition area, Chinese medicine decoction piece exhibition area, pharmaceutical machinery exhibition area, Chinese medicine medical institution and health products exhibition area, Chinese medicine culture exhibition and experience exhibition area were set up. The exhibition area was nearly 30,000 square meters. There are 750 international standard booths.
It is reported that this year's Expo will promote a greater cooperation with a larger scope and higher standards for the Chinese medicine industry and even the countries along the “Belt and Road” to build a platform for the spread and development of Chinese medicine culture.
